Development of Design Documentation by using a specialized CAD system in accordance with USDD norms and requirements.

LLC ASU-Techno provides the full cycle of works on design of technological processes automation systems for production.

Our company performs the full range of works from designing control cabinets to commissioning the control systems in commercial operation:

  • Inspection and pre-design work;

  • Preparation of project documentation, including sets of cable logs, electrical diagrams, operation instructions, equipment layout plan;

  • Selection of components based on the leading manufacturers of electrical equipment;

  • Production of control cabinets, followed by testing according to the developed documentation;

  • Delivery of the equipment to the Customer.

For end-to-end design, covering the following sectors: Electrical equipment, instrumentation, hydraulics/pneumatics and mechanics (design of cabinets and harnesses), LLC ASU-Techno uses officially acquired EPLAN platform. Due to the open architecture and standard integration modules EPLAN can be cost effectively integrated with a wide range of third-party solutions: mechanical design systems, ERP and PDM systems, buildings and industrial plants design systems.
