The software was developed to replace the non-working control system software, which had been supplied complete with equipment from China and besides had the interface in Chinese with corresponding subscripts.
The control system is based on the S7-200 series controller equipment by Siemens.
The developed software allows to work in manual and automatic modes.
In automatic mode, the operator only needs to select the desired recipe from the database and set the necessary settings. The product is prepared automatically with a stop for manual operations.
