Control system for steam chambers for reinforced concrete products treatment

Project Prerequisites:

Upgrade of the basic technological equipment with appropriate development of the control system.

Goal of the Project:

Development of a modern and reliable control system (CS) for steam chambers.

Description of the Project:

Specialists of ASU-Techno implemented the possibility to control cameras in two modes: manual (from operator panel) and automatic. For example, in the automatic mode – camera control is carried out in accordance with the selected thermogram and the selected schedule.
The commissioning works resulted in the implementation of thermograms database at the operator’s AWP for various products (thermogram is set in the form of reference points (up to 10) and is automatically converted into the thermogram in the form of a graph).

The control system developed by our company allows to show the progress of the current process on the operator panel and the operator’s AWP.

In the event of an emergency, shutdown of equipment under the control system created is envisaged.

Results of the Project:

  • Ability to control by means of the operator interface on the PC monitor;

  • Visualization of technological equipment: display of the process values and the status of the actuators;

  • Alarm of process parameters values deviation beyond the limits and malfunctioning of software and hardware complex;

  • Operator’s AWP allows to archive all operating parameters, alarms, events and operator’s actions;

  • Logging of pre-emergency and emergency situations occurring in the system;

  • Logging of technological events;

  • Output to the enterprise management level.
